Ainda sem data confirmada para iniciar a rota regional Redenção/Palmas/Marabá, a empresa aérea Azul Conecta, já vem realizando levantamento das demandas de frequência em voos, cujo objetivo será adequar viabilidade de conexões de passageiros para outros destinos.
Assunto nesse sentido foi discutido recentemente com ida do prefeito Redenção Marcelo Borges, juntamente com o governador Helder Barbalho e o assessor especial da presidência da Azul Linhas Aéreas Ronaldo Veras, que durante o encontro se mostrou otimista afirmando que a empresa tem planos de operar na região, entretanto, o momento econômico necessita de avaliação com mais cautela, quando também ressaltou a importância da reforma do Aeroporto Municipal, dado como um momento importante voltado para uma breve decisão operacional.
A Azul Conecta, empresa sub-regional da Azul, será responsável pela rota conectando as cidades com voos que acontecerão a bordo das aeronaves modelo Cessna Grand Caravan, com nove assentos.
Vale ressaltar, a empresa Azul Conecta já vem operando em 18 cidades no Estado Pará com vários destinos com frequência satisfatória de embarques, sobretudo elevando o desenvolvimento regional esperado.
Com a inauguração da rota tão esperada Redenção/Palmas/Marabá(Vice-versa), o novo destino já começa a gerar novas expectativas fato que brevemente será uma realidade no Sul do Pará.
